Classis design, the "Steeple marine engine" also known as a "Crosshead engine" was an early design of steam engine for use in ships, moving away from the "Beam Engine", being both smaller & lighter than the Beam it was tipacally used in steam ships in the 1830's to 1840's. Our modle alows you to relive a bygone era with this fully working engine made form Brass & Stainless steel.
